Operational Leverage

ICCI shall apply management expertise to improve profitability  for all aquired  company's.  The first area that the Company will focus on is leveraging existing client relationships.  This is the fastest route to increasing revenue and profit by increasing share of customer in providing expanded services offerings to pre-qualified relationships.

The company also expects to find opportunities for cost reductions.  The Company is confident that costs will be reduced including insurance and programming costs along with many others.
